Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for apparel and footwear?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Mountain High Outfitters only ships to addresses within the United States. We are looking to expand to international destinations in the near future.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
