At Mountain High Outfitters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and apparel. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached; please note that climbing gear and undergarments are final sale for safety and hygiene.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
